Where TO get YOUR BETA TESTIN JOBS

Being a BETA tester is super cool, often profitable and gets you loads of free computer programs that you probably otherwise could not afford.
So what is BETA Testing? BETA Testing is what technology companies do prior to releasing a new product. Basically, they hire people who have no affiliation with their company, send them free copies of the programs and ask for their opinions. In return they usually give out cash incentives, gift cards, visa check cards and additional softwear.

All you need to qualify is knowlege of the programs you wich to test. For example, i test new photo editing softwear all the time because I love to take digital pictures. I have made over $500 in the past three months plus gotten tons of freebies just for doing exactly what I already do - take photographs!
BETA Testing is not only for people who liek digital cameras but also for people who do any kind of computer work - PC or Mac.

Many websites will ask for a monthly fee to test their products - it's totally not worth it! Instead sign up with great, reliable, FREE companies. Here's a list of my favorites:

HP - Being a BETA Tester for HP is awesome. Not only will you get computer programs and stuff like that but you can also get free printers, paper, mouses, and other awesome computer goods. http://www.hpproducttest.com/index.cfm

VOC Online - Another cool place to test techinical stuff. This is a copany that I have done quite a bit of work for. They have a lot of "advanced" programs that can be tested - stuff I have never even heard of!

*Remember, BETA Testing is just a way to get some excellent freebies and make a few bucks. Don't expect to get rich off this program. The average test will pay about $100 for 6 - 8 weeks of "testing". However, the products you get, if you decide not to keep them, you can usually sell on Ebay for a lot of cash since they are brand new.

*BETA Testing is not a full time position. Don't get discouraged if you only get offered one or two "tests" per year.

*It's very important to be honest when filling out your BETA applications. If you don't have experience with a Mac, don't offer to test Mac products, you know?
